Use only the official hear 2gether download or Microsoft Store listing. The direct-download trial and paid releases are not publicly available here yet; do not download files shared by strangers.
Windows
- Use the verified Microsoft Store listing or the official signed direct installer when it becomes available.
- Check the publisher and installer signature. If Windows SmartScreen warns about an unknown or unsigned file, stop and contact hear2gether.orynex@gmail.com; do not bypass the warning for an unverified file.
- Connect your Bluetooth audio outputs in Windows settings before opening the app.
Mac
- Get the Mac preview from Orynex directly; it is not yet a notarized production release.
- For a preview you explicitly requested and trust, use macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway if Gatekeeper blocks it. Never remove quarantine flags to run an unknown app.
- Connect Bluetooth headphones, then grant System Audio Recording permission when the app requests it.
Screenshots of the production installation flow have not been supplied. We will add real screenshots only after the signed releases are validated.
