Simple terms,
no small-print traps.
These terms govern buying and using hear 2gether. Effective 31 October 2026.
Licence
Each hear 2gether edition is a one-time purchase with a lifetime licence for that edition, for your personal use. You pay once and can keep using the edition for as long as you like. There is no subscription.
Editions are sold separately — a purchase of the Windows edition does not include the Mac edition, and vice versa.
Windows purchases
hear 2gether for Windows is distributed through Microsoft Store. Purchases, payments, installation, licensing, and updates are handled by Microsoft under your Microsoft account and are also subject to Microsoft Store's terms. Reinstall anytime from your Store library; on a new PC, sign in and install from Library.
Mac edition
The Mac edition is a preview build distributed directly by Orynex. If you move to a new Mac, contact support at hear2gether.orynex@gmail.com.
Refund policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Windows purchases made through Microsoft Store are also subject to Microsoft Store's refund policy, which Microsoft administers.
What we don't promise
Independent Bluetooth devices can have different delays — we do not warrant exact synchronization, guaranteed lip-sync, or compatibility with every protected media app. The Mac edition is a preview; check the Mac page for current limitations.
