Privacy Policy
This policy covers the current static hear2gether website. App audio processing is described separately in the Windows and Mac policies.
1. Visiting the website
You do not need a hear2gether account to read this website or its privacy policies. The website does not request microphone, camera, or system-audio recording access and does not capture or upload audio.
The current site does not include publisher-operated advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Images, styles, and scripts are served with the site rather than through an external font or advertising service.
2. Hosting and technical request information
The public website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. As part of serving and protecting the site, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/user-agent information, and security-related events. These operations are separate from app audio playback.
Cloudflare may process information in locations where it operates. Its security measures, access, and retention practices are governed by the hosting service and applicable law. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. We do not promise that ordinary hosting requests generate no technical logs.
3. Browser storage
The site can remember your selected pricing currency in your browser’s local storage. This is a functional preference, not an advertising identifier. It remains until you change it or clear this website’s browser data.
Payment and protected-download features are not enabled in this static release. The site does not currently create purchase accounts, collect card details, store active purchase-access credentials, or send you to a live checkout. If payment features are introduced later, their data handling will be disclosed before activation and this policy will be updated. Displayed prices are informational while checkout is unavailable.
4. Contacting us
If you email hear2gether.orynex@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your enquiry, handle privacy requests, investigate issues, and maintain necessary records. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive audio recordings.
The contact address uses an email service provider, which processes communications under its own terms and privacy practices. Support information is retained only as needed for the request, necessary support records, and applicable legal obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion; lawful recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
5. Sharing, choices, and security
We do not sell support information or use it for targeted advertising. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

- Use browser privacy controls to manage local storage and other website data; some conveniences may stop working.
- Read linked provider policies before using their services.
- Email us with a privacy request without including unnecessary sensitive information.
HTTPS and service-provider security controls help protect information, but no Internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. The website does not intentionally request children’s personal information; contact us if you believe such information has been sent to our support address.

We will update this policy and its effective date when material website data practices change. This page describes the current static site, not future payment or account features.
